Therapies and approaches on offer include: Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR), Clinical Hypnotherapy, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. These can be integrated appropriately according to an individual’s needs, wishes and preferences along with your Psychologist’s clinical opinion.
