Therapies and approaches on offer include: Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Clinical Hypnotherapy, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. These can be integrated appropriately according to an individual’s needs, wishes and preferences along with Dr Ablett’s clinical opinion.
